Abstract: Objective: To observe the effect of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) in the adjuvant treatment of eczema. Methods: 62 cases in the treatment group were treated with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) and mometasone furoate ointment twice/day; 57 cases in the control group were treated with mometasone furoate ointment alone twice/day. Both groups were treated for 1 week. Results: The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 88.10% and 68.42% respectively, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (X2=6.72, P<0.01). Conclusion: Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) is effective in the treatment of eczema.
