Abstract: Cystic acne and sebaceous cysts are common and frequent clinical diseases, and their occurrence on the face directly affects the patients' beauty and brings great psychological pressure and mental burden to the patients, which also affects their work and quality of life. These patients are eager to seek treatment, and it is easy to collect cases and facilitate therapeutic observation. Therefore, exploring and researching simple and effective treatments that have little adverse effects, do not affect aesthetics, and are easily accepted by patients, in order to improve treatment effects, reduce treatment costs, and relieve patients' physical and mental pain is a clinical problem that needs to be solved urgently. Since 2003, our department has adopted GX-Ⅲ multifunctional ionized surgical treatment machine drilling holes combined with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) to treat 240 cases of cystic acne and sebaceous cysts and obtained good therapeutic effects, which are now reported as follows.
