Abstract:Objective:To study the clinical research on the treatment of postoperative pain of anal-intestinal disease by Zi Cao San Huang Ointment combined with topical Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment). Methods:66 patients with postoperative pain of anorectal disease treated in our hospital from May to July 2018 were selected as the study subjects. The study subjects were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 33 patients in each group. A good treatment plan was formulated for the patients, the patients in the control group were mainly treated with conventional treatment, while the patients in the experimental group were converted from conventional drug treatment to Zi Cao San Huang Ointment combined with topical Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) on the basis of the control group. Results: In 66 cases of postoperative pain in anorectal disease patients, the nursing satisfaction of the control group patients was 78.78%, and the nursing effectiveness of the experimental group patients was 90.90%, the pain of the control group patients was 63.63%, and the pain of the experimental group patients was 30.30%, and the postoperative pain of the experimental group patients was significantly better than that of the control group, and comparing the difference of the two groups of patients before and after the treatment, the differences were statistically significant, with a statistically significant difference between them. was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical study on the treatment of postoperative pain of anal and intestinal diseases by combining Zi Cao San Huang Cream with topical Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) has remarkable effect, which can effectively reduce the postoperative pain of patients, improve the quality of life of patients and treatment satisfaction, and is worthy of wide use and promotion.
