Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoid Ointment in mixed hemorrhoid surgery. Methods A total of 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 45 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoid Ointment after routine dressing change on the first day after surgery, while the treatment group was treated with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment). Postoperative pain, wound edema, and wound healing were observed in the two groups. Results The patients in the treatment group had no pain or mild pain 7 days after surgery, and the wound edema subsided, which was significantly different from the control group (P<0.05). The wound healing time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoid Ointment can relieve pain and wound edema, prevent infection, and promote wound healing in mixed hemorrhoid surgery, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
