Objective: To observe and summarize the efficacy of nanosilver medical antibacterial dressing and Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) on mild infection after deep vein catheterization. Methods: A total of 64 patients were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group with 32 cases in each group. The experimental group used nanosilver medical antibacterial dressings, and the control group used sterile gauze dressings. Results: The efficacy of different dressings on mild infection at the catheter puncture site was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The use of nanosilver medical antibacterial dressings and Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) for dressing changes is satisfactory for mild infection after deep vein puncture and catheterization, and is worth promoting.
