Clinical study on the treatment of postoperative pain after anorectal disease with lithospermum officinale ointment combined with topical compound polymyxin B ointment

Abstract : Objective: To study the clinical study of Lithospermum Sanhuang Ointment combined with external Fonow ointment (Compound polymyxin B ointment, Chinese version of Neosporin) in the treatment of postoperative pain in anorectal disease. Methods: 66 patients with postoperative pain after anorectal disease diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May to July 2018 were selected as the research subjects. The research subjects were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 33 patients in each group. A good treatment plan was developed for the patients. Patients in the control group mainly received conventional treatment. Patients in the experimental group needed to switch from conventional drug treatment to Lithospermum Sanhuang ointment combined with external Fonow ointment (Compound polymyxin B ointment, Chinese version of Neosporin) on the basis of the control group. . Results: Among 66 patients with post-operative pain of anorectal disease, the nursing satisfaction of patients in the control group was 78.78%, the nursing effectiveness of patients in the experimental group was 90.90%, the pain level of patients in the control group was 63.63%, and the pain level of patients in the experimental group was 78.78%. The degree was 30.30%. The postoperative pain of patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group. Comparing the difference between the two groups of patients before and after treatment, the difference was significant and statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical study effect of Lithospermum Sanhuang Ointment combined with topical Fonow ointment (Compound polymyxin B ointment, Chinese version of Neosporin) in the treatment of postoperative pain in anorectal diseases is significant. It can effectively reduce patients' postoperative pain, improve patients' quality of life and treatment satisfaction, and is worthy of Widely used and promoted.
