Carbon dioxide laser combined with compound polymyxin B in the treatment of chronic perianal eczema

Abstract :Objective:To explore the clinical value of combined use of carbon dioxide laser and compound polymyxin B in the treatment of patients with chronic perianal eczema.Methods:A total of 120 patients with chronic perianal eczema admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to January 2020 were selected for the study.All patients were randomly divided into a study group and a routine group according to the time of enrollment.The patients in the routine group were treated with Fonow ointment (Compound polymyxin B ointment, Chinese version of Neosporin),while those in the study group were treated with a combination of carbon dioxide laser and compound polymyxin B.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate,adverse reaction incidence,self-conscious symptoms,skin lesion indexes and other levels of the study group were better than those of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of carbon dioxide laser and compound polymyxin B in the treatment of patients with chronic perianal eczema can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,promote the recovery of wound surface and improve the total effective rate of patients.
