Objective To explore the efficacy and effectiveness of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) (Funuo ointment) combined with halometasone ointment (Aoneng ointment) in the treatment of 210 patients with eczema. Methods 210 patients with eczema were randomly divided into a treatment group (105 cases) and a control group (105 cases). The treatment group and the control group were treated with alternating external application of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with halometasone ointment and external application of halometasone ointment alone, respectively. The effective rates between the two groups were compared. Results There were 101 effective cases in the treatment group (105 cases), with an effective rate of 96.19%; there were 92 effective cases in the control group (105 cases), with an effective rate of 87.62%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). All patients in the two groups completed the observation, and no one was interrupted. After 2 weeks of continuous medication, no obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Conclusion The alternating use of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with halometasone ointment in the treatment of eczema is effective and safe, and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
