2025-09-13 0

Analyze the specific methods and efficacy of bacterial skin diseases. Methods A total of 70 patients were randomly selected to participate in this study. All patients were treated for bacterial skin diseases between January and December 2022. After grouping, each group contained 35 patients, and the groups were named control group (mupirocin ointment treatment) and observation group (compound polysaccharide B ointment treatment). The efficacy of different treatment methods was compared and analyzed based on the treatment efficacy, the probability of adverse reactions after treatment, the satisfaction evaluation results, and the indicators related to rehabilitation before and after treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the treatment efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the bacterial clearance rate was higher than that of the control group, the satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the indicators related to rehabilitation before intervention (P>0.05). After intervention, the indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) in the treatment of bacterial skin diseases can achieve better results, the patients recover well, and it has few adverse reactions, high safety, and can obtain patients' satisfaction.
