Abstract : Objective: To explore the efficacy of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of wounds after CO2 laser surgery for genital warts. Methods: 100 cases of genital warts patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group used Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) and Kangfuxin liquid on the wounds after laser surgery for genital warts; the control group used Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) alone on the wounds after laser surgery. Observe clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Results: Comparing the wound healing status 2 weeks after surgery, the total effective rate was 86.0% in the treatment group and 64.0% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combined application of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) and Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of postoperative wounds of condyloma acuminata has significant efficacy and significantly shortens the healing time, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
