Abstract : Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on deep second-degree burn wounds in children, and to provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods 80 children with deep second-degree burns admitted to Tianjin Fourth Central Hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the research subjects. According to the treatment methods, they were divided into a control group (40 cases) and a combined treatment group (40 cases). ). The control group was treated with b FGF, and the combined treatment group was treated with Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) and b FGF. Compare the scald wound infection rate, wound healing time and scar formation after healing between the two groups of patients. Results At 7, 10, 15 and 20 days after injury, the wound infection rate in the combined treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The wound healing time of the combined treatment group was shorter than that of the control group [(21.53±1.33)d vs. (25.76±1.50)d, t=13.345, P<0.01)]; the occurrence of scars was better than that of the control group (U=5.077, P<0.01). 0.05). Conclusion Fonow ointment (Compound Polymyxin B Ointment, Triple Antibiotic Ointment) combined with b FGF has the advantages of anti-infection, accelerated wound healing and prevention of scar formation in the treatment of deep second-degree burn wounds in children, and has significant clinical efficacy.
